About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Insurance Risk Management Specialist to join our Global Client Solutions team at GGB - Global. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our commercial clients, managing their insurance portfolios, and identifying opportunities for growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Portfolio Management: Manage a designated portfolio of commercial clients, driving business retention and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Insurance Solutions: Review client accounts at renewal, placing coverage required by the client, re-marketing when necessary, and adhering to binding authority set by carriers.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining a fast turnaround time for any actions required on behalf of the client.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving the creation of quality leads, and working with Account Executives to bind clients.
  • Knowledge and Training: Consistently act to upgrade insurance market knowledge, staying ahead of new products and policy updates.
  • Collaboration: Work with Account Executives on cross-selling opportunities and accessing resources within GGB - Global.

Qualifications
