Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on their home and auto insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized insurance advice and solutions to clients based on their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills and build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed advice to clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the team.
Requirements
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is required, as you will be serving clients with diverse language needs.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts within the hours of operation, including evenings and weekends.
  • Digital literacy and proficiency in using various software and tools.
  • Post-secondary education and/or relevant work experience in the insurance industry.
