INSURANCE CLAIMS SPECIALIST
As an insurance claims specialist, you will provide compassionate and professional support to clients navigating the complexities of home and auto insurance claims.

Your role involves investigating claims thoroughly and collaborating with fellow claims professionals to ensure accurate updates within our claims management system.

As you gain experience, you will handle increasingly intricate claims, enhancing your skills in various related areas to maximize your adaptability.

Our claims specialists are proactive, managing all assigned claims from initiation to resolution, with opportunities to take on additional claims for increased earnings and compensation.


PROPERTY COVERAGE CONSULTANT
In the role of property coverage consultant, you will play a vital part in guiding clients through significant life changes, such as purchasing a home or vehicle.

Your expertise will help assess individual client needs and recommend the most suitable coverage options.

At Desjardins, our consultants are measured against objectives that prioritize client well-being, allowing you to deliver exceptional service without the pressure of sales targets.

We offer a competitive hourly wage starting at $28.14/hr, with the potential for a $2,000 bilingualism bonus (salary adjusted based on insurance experience) and an annual performance bonus.

  • Four weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year.

Possess or be in the process of obtaining an ACS in property and casualty insurance or a DCS in financial services and insurance.
