Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on their home and auto insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized insurance advice and solutions to clients based on their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills and build strong relationships with clients through meaningful conversations and proactive communication.
  • Complete thorough needs assessments and reviews to identify opportunities for insurance solutions and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of regulatory risk and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is required, as you will regularly interact with clients who speak both languages.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts within the hours of operation, including evenings and weekends.
  • Digital literacy and proficiency in using technology to support client interactions and business operations.
