Senior Leader, Commercial Lending

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Senior Leader, Commercial Lending. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Financing Specialists to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the team to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement effective credit management strategies to drive portfolio growth and quality
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal partners to drive business results
- Manage risk and operational effectiveness to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and RBC's policies
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Minimum 5-7 years of commercial lending and banking experience
- Proven track record of leading and coaching high-performing teams
- Excellent financial, credit, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both French and English
