Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
The work environment is typically hot, reflecting the nature of food preparation and service.
Work SettingThis position is primarily focused on on-site customer service within a restaurant setting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules efficiently.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff regarding their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Supervise the assembly of food trays and ensure quality control.
- Oversee the delivery process of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
- Create and manage work schedules for staff.
This role includes supervision of food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Experience RequirementsCandidates should have 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
