Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at 0941729 BC LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze financial data to optimize profitability and make informed business decisions.
- Develop and implement effective budgeting and cost control strategies.
- Lead a team of staff to ensure seamless daily operations, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and contribute to the development of business plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a 40-hour week, including evenings and weekends.
Our restaurant is located in a busy area with public transportation available. The work environment is a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
