Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at ALDRED RESTAURANTS LTD dba McDonalds Restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast food restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of more than 20 employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure that our restaurant meets the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial reports, ensuring that our restaurant operates within budget and that we are achieving our financial goals.
- Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a positive experience every time they visit our restaurant.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, helping to promote our brand and drive sales.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and electronic cash registers.
- Competitive Salary: $100,001 - $500,000 per year.
