Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at ALDRED RESTAURANTS LTD dba McDonalds Restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast food restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of more than 20 people, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure that our restaurant meets the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, and ensure that our financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food restaurant or similar environment.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Windows.
