Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
