Deputy Soft Service Manager
CONTRACT TYPE:
Full-time permanent
SHIFT SCHEDULE:
4 on 4 off, rotating between night and day shifts
COMPENSATION:
£31 per hour
ROLE OVERVIEW:
You will oversee, monitor, and manage the cleaning and security personnel within the designated area.
Your responsibilities will include supervising the team during shifts, ensuring that all tasks are performed to a high standard, and addressing any immediate issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and managing staff to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard
- Training and developing team members
- Possession of an SIA DS license is essential; CCTV knowledge is a plus
- Experience in corporate or retail security is preferred
