Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at 4Sight Group Chartered Professional Accountants. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Perform data entry, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, ensuring financial transactions are processed efficiently
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week
