Key Responsibilities
  1. Commitment to Safety: Uphold a strong dedication to safety protocols within the organization.
  2. Employee Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of hourly staff to ensure operational efficiency.
  3. Record Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy of departmental and employee records, including organizational charts, postings, leave management, accommodations, and disciplinary records.
  4. External Relationships: Build and maintain partnerships with external service providers to effectively administer compensation and benefits programs.
  5. Information Updates: Regularly update employee data in the Archive Room and HR systems to maintain data integrity.
  6. Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by preparing job postings, offers of employment, and conducting orientations for new hires.
  7. Salary Administration: Support the management of the salary program for salaried employees, including salary surveys and market analysis.
  8. HR Website Management: Oversee the Human Resources Department's website, ensuring it is current and informative.
  9. Policy Development: Contribute to the creation and communication of HR policies and programs.
  10. Employee Benefits Services: Provide comprehensive benefits services to employees, addressing concerns and managing information effectively.
  11. Indoctrination Program: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including benefits enrollment and information dissemination.
