Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Colwin Electrical Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our management team and employees across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- HR Policy Development
Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support business objectives.
Employee RelationsProvide guidance to managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Recruitment and StaffingPlan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support business growth.
Employee DevelopmentCo-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to support employee growth and development.
Benefits and CompensationResearch and recommend changes to employee benefits and health and safety practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support business objectives.
HR AdministrationMaintain accurate records and provide administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements- Certifications
Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation is an asset.
Computer SkillsProficiency in human resources software and information technology is required.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
