Key Responsibilities
  1. Commitment to Safety: Uphold a strong personal and organizational dedication to safety protocols.
  2. Employee Scheduling: Manage and coordinate the scheduling of hourly employees effectively.
  3. Record Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy of departmental and employee records, including organization charts, postings, leaves, accommodations, month-end staffing, discipline records, and all relevant templates and policies.
  4. External Relationships: Build and maintain partnerships with external service providers to ensure effective and economical administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  5. Information Updates: Regularly update employee information in the Archive Room and the UKG system to maintain data integrity, including changes in accountabilities, positions, and organizational structure.
  6. Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by preparing job postings across various platforms, drafting employment offers, and organizing orientation for new hires.
  7. Salary Program Administration: Assist in managing the salary program for salaried employees, including conducting salary surveys and participating in annual salary reviews.
  8. HR Website Management: Oversee the Human Resources Department's internal and external website.
  9. Policy Development: Contribute to the creation and dissemination of human resources policies, processes, and programs.
  10. Employee Benefits Services: Provide comprehensive benefits services to employees, addressing concerns and managing information in a timely manner.
  11. Indoctrination Program Support: Aid in the new employee indoctrination process by developing informational materials and facilitating initial benefits enrollment.
