Position Overview

The Human Resources Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department's functions and ensuring the effective management of employee relations and records.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Commitment to Safety: Uphold a strong dedication to safety protocols within the workplace.
  2. Employee Scheduling: Oversee the scheduling of hourly employees to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  3. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records for the department and employees, including organization charts, postings, leave records, accommodations, and disciplinary documentation.
  4. External Relations: Foster and maintain relationships with external service providers to ensure the effective administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  5. Data Integrity: Update and manage employee information in the Archive Room and HR systems to reflect changes in roles, responsibilities, and organizational structure.
  6. Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by preparing job postings, employment offers, hiring documents, and conducting orientations for new hires.
  7. Salary Administration: Support the administration of the salary program for salaried employees, including participation in salary surveys and analysis.
  8. HR Website Management: Oversee the management of the Human Resources Department's website, ensuring it is up-to-date and informative.
  9. Policy Development: Contribute to the development and communication of HR policies, processes, and programs.
  10. Employee Benefits: Provide comprehensive employee benefits services, addressing concerns and managing information efficiently.
  11. Indoctrination Program: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees by developing informational packages and conducting initial benefits enrollment.
