- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records for the department and employees, including organization charts, postings, leave records, accommodations, and disciplinary documentation.
- External Relations: Foster and maintain relationships with external service providers to ensure the effective administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Data Integrity: Update and manage employee information in the Archive Room and HR systems to reflect changes in roles, responsibilities, and organizational structure.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by preparing job postings, employment offers, hiring documents, and conducting orientations for new hires.
- Salary Administration: Support the administration of the salary program for salaried employees, including participation in salary surveys and analysis.
- HR Website Management: Oversee the management of the Human Resources Department's website, ensuring it is up-to-date and informative.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the development and communication of HR policies, processes, and programs.
- Employee Benefits: Provide comprehensive employee benefits services, addressing concerns and managing information efficiently.
- Indoctrination Program: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees by developing informational packages and conducting initial benefits enrollment.
Reports directly to the Human Resources Manager.
