About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Brand & Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our strategy team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media content that showcases our brand's values and promotes our products to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand's goals and objectives.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content that showcases our brand's personality and values.
  • Platform Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform changes to ensure our content is optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Community Management: Manage our social media communities to ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Collaborate with our insights partner to create actionable social media reports that inform our marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, social strategy, or creative departments.
  • A proven track record of managing brands with a significant following, ideally in the food industry.
  • A university or college diploma in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with creative teams and strategists.
  • Proficient in creating presentations and using social media management platforms.
  • A passion for food and food marketing, with a deep understanding of social culture and trends.
