**Job Title:** Senior Brand Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to build and enhance the School Safe brand. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing the brand's positioning, driving product innovation, and ensuring that marketing and communication strategies align with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Comprehensive Brand Strategies: Drive growth, enhance brand equity, and increase market share through the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies.
  • Lead Product Innovation Initiatives: Collaborate with the Product Development team to lead product innovation initiatives, ensuring alignment with consumer trends and brand identity.
  • Manage the Brand's Marketing Mix: Oversee the brand's marketing mix, including product positioning, packaging, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts.
  • Oversee Digital and Traditional Marketing Campaigns: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels through the oversight of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and product innovation.
  • Collaborate with Sales: Collaborate with Sales to create go-to-market strategies and drive retail execution.
  • Track and Report on Brand Performance Metrics: Track and report on brand performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize brand growth.
  • Manage the Brand's P&L: Manage the brand's P&L, ensuring efficient budget allocation and ROI on marketing investments.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador, both internally and externally, ensuring that all stakeholders understand and support the brand vision.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field: MBA preferred.
  • 7+ Years of Brand Management Experience: Within the CPG food industry, ideally in bakery or allergen-friendly products.
  • Proven Experience in Leading Brand Strategy, Product Innovation, and Marketing Campaigns: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Project Management Skills: Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead teams toward common goals.
  • Experience Managing P&L and Budgetary Responsibilities: Passion for food innovation and understanding of consumer trends in the health and allergen-friendly space.
