Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote the YCDSB to target audiences through various channels
  • Brainstorm innovative marketing ideas to positively position the YCDSB with potential students and parents
  • Produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, flyers, scripts, website content, fact sheets, infographics, reports, and speeches
  • Engage and activate various stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with the YCDSB's Multi-Year Strategic Plan and brand identity
  • Collect and analyze data on digital marketing efforts
  • Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies
  • Assist with other tasks as required

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in brand, marketing, communications, advertising, or a related industry
  • Experience leading marketing campaigns using digital and print materials
  • Strong research and writing skills, with a knack for storytelling
  • Experience designing and producing graphic materials is an asset
  • Well-organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Awareness of Catholic education principles is an asset
  • Experience working in the education system is considered an asset
