We're looking for someone to join our dynamic team as a Braidwood Cafe Attendant in Whistler.

About the Role:

The Braidwood Cafe Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. This includes serving non-alcoholic beverages, anticipating guest needs, and delivering memorable experiences. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding service and have a strong commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence in quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
  • Present the menu and provide detailed explanations of menu items and recommendations.
  • Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
  • Assist in clearing and keeping clean the Braidwood Cafe area, including the library area and patio.
  • Handle payments accurately, process transactions, and present bills to guests.
  • Ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage.
  • Solid knowledge of food and beverage products.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
  • Must be able to obtain a Serving It Right certificate.
  • Ability to work in Canada.

Schedule & Hours:

We're open 24/7, 365 days a year, so we need our Braidwood Cafe Attendant to be flexible and work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
