About the Role

The Braidwood Cafe Attendant is a key member of our food and beverage team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering memorable guest experiences, anticipating their needs, and ensuring that every interaction is warm, welcoming, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional quality and service to Braidwood Cafe guests
  • Present the menu and provide detailed explanations of menu items and recommendations
  • Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
  • Assist in clearing and keeping clean the BW cafe area, including the library area and patio
  • Handle payments accurately, process transactions, and present bills to guests
  • Ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food and beverage
  • Solid knowledge of food and beverage products
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Excellent commitment to service and teamwork
  • Must be able to obtain a Serving It Right certificate
  • Ability to work in Canada

Schedule & Hours

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Braidwood Cafe Attendant to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
