We're looking for someone to join our dynamic team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as a Braidwood Cafe Attendant.
About the Role:
The Braidwood Cafe Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. This includes serving non-alcoholic beverages, anticipating guest needs, and delivering memorable experiences. If you're passionate about hospitality and have a strong commitment to service, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence in quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
- Present the menu and provide detailed explanations of menu items and recommendations.
- Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Assist in clearing and keeping clean the Braidwood Cafe area, including the library area and patio.
- Handle payments accurately, process transactions, and present bills to guests.
- Ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food and beverage.
- Solid knowledge of food and beverage products.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
- Must be able to obtain a Serving It Right certificate.
- Ability to work in Canada.
