Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Sparkling Hill Wellness Hotel Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profits and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective budgeting and cost control strategies to ensure the restaurant's financial stability.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, negotiate with suppliers, and implement efficient inventory management systems.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, liquor legislation, and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase customer engagement and drive sales.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
- 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
