About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team at CB Canada. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our senior leadership team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the schedule of our Vice President of Human Resources and Communications, ensuring timely and efficient coordination of meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources and Communications team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives, such as coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring timely execution.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
