At The Rec Room Royalmount, Bouffes, jeux & spectacles, we're seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our culinary team. As a Prep Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality food is prepared and presented to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare ingredients and food items for daily service, adhering to recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
- Assist with kitchen cleaning, sanitation, and organization, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Restock kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed, ensuring seamless service.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to execute daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; professional diploma or food services management preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of cooking experience; knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
- Superior time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
