Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Kenora Motel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Scheduling
Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operation of the front desk.
Work Scheduling and ProceduresEstablish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure effective use of resources.
Supervision and TrainingSupervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Reporting and CommunicationPrepare and submit reports to management on guest feedback, staff performance, and operational issues.
Guest ServicesAssist guests with special needs, such as room assignments, amenities, and services.
Equipment MaintenanceMaintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Supply ManagementRequisition materials and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
LanguageFluency in English.
Work Hours40 hours per week.
