Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Kenora Motel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Scheduling

Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operation of the front desk.

Work Scheduling and Procedures

Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure effective use of staff resources.

Staff Supervision

Supervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery.

Reporting and Record-Keeping

Prepare and submit reports to management on guest feedback, staff performance, and operational issues.

Guest Assistance

Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.

Equipment Maintenance

Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.

Supply Management

Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked front desk and ensure efficient operation.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
