Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Scheduling
Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operation of the front desk.
Work Scheduling and ProceduresEstablish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure effective use of staff resources.
Staff SupervisionSupervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery.
Reporting and Record-KeepingPrepare and submit reports to management on guest feedback, staff performance, and operational issues.
Guest AssistanceAssist guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
Equipment MaintenanceMaintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Supply ManagementRequisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked front desk and ensure efficient operation.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
LanguageFluency in English.
Work Hours40 hours per week.
