Framing Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Framing Carpenter to join our team at AP Group Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare building layouts in accordance with local building codes, utilizing measuring tools and equipment.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel.
- Construct foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
- Install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware, ensuring precise fit and finish.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other team members.
- Maintain, repair, and renovate residential and commercial structures, including wooden structures in various settings.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- At least 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Criminal record check.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent client focus, reliability, and teamwork skills.
- Permanent work arrangement with 30 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
