Job Title: Framer-Carpenter

At Advantage Builders Inc, we are seeking a skilled Framer-Carpenter to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for framing, installing, and finishing wood structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and install wood frames, walls, and roofs in accordance with building codes and project specifications.
  • Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials to exact specifications.
  • Assemble and join wood components using various techniques and tools.
  • Schedule and coordinate work on construction sites to ensure efficient project progress.
  • Estimate and manage materials and labor costs to maintain project budgets.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in framing and carpentry, with a focus on wood structures.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong understanding of building codes and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work at heights, in noisy and dusty environments, and handle heavy loads.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on reliability and attention to detail.
