Transportation Operations Supervisor

The role of the Truck Drivers Supervisor involves overseeing the daily operations of the transportation team, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role is essential.
- Facilitate training programs or coordinate training sessions for drivers.
- Organize and schedule operational activities to optimize workflow.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards within the workplace.
- Advise on personnel decisions and actions.
- Manage repair and rental coordination for vehicles.
- Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support operations.
This position will involve direct supervision of truck drivers, ensuring that all team members are performing their duties effectively.
