Job Summary

Caron Transportation Systems is seeking a highly skilled Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of operations-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and maintain operational software systems, including Axon, Samsara, LMS, and Synerion.
  • Provide training and support to company Terminal Managers to ensure operational goals and objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain data bases and provide reports and statistical information as requested.
  • Assist in Samsara/Axon integration and EDI Integration and Training.
  • Facilitate training on all operational software systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/management.
Requirements
  • Administrative Diploma or Certificate.
  • 2+ years of office experience.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Transportation industry experience is an asset.
