Position Overview

The role of a Truck Drivers Supervisor involves overseeing the daily operations of transportation activities within the organization. This position is crucial for ensuring that all logistics run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate training sessions or organize training programs for drivers.
  • Coordinate and schedule transportation activities to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Make recommendations regarding personnel actions based on performance.
  • Oversee the coordination of vehicle repairs and rentals.
  • Manage the requisition or ordering of necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
Supervision

This position will directly supervise a team of truck drivers, ensuring that they adhere to company policies and procedures.
