About the Role

As a Personal Lines Account Executive at Gallagher, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue growth through the delivery of comprehensive Personal Insurance solutions to our clientele. This role requires a driven sales hunter with a strong background in Personal Lines Home and Auto Broking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business income by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities and acting as a concierge to our clients throughout the binding process.
  • Achieve sales targets by planning and prioritizing sales activities, utilizing Gallagher's lead systems.
  • Deliver clients tailored insurance solutions while ensuring underwriting frameworks are adhered to.
  • Ensure Gallagher's world-class quality of service standard is always upheld with clients.

About You

  • You have a client-centric problem-solving approach, consistently delivering solutions that grant clients peace of mind.
  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to develop deep relationships with clients and build synergy with colleagues quickly.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are able to prioritize effectively to exceed client expectations.
  • You are highly tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes with ease.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Personal Lines experience, preferably in a broking environment.
  • Active and in good standing Insurance License required.
  • Completed or intention to pursue CIP, CAIB, CRM, or other relevant certifications/designations highly valued.
  • Knowledge of EPIC considered an asset.
