About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Broker to join our team at Infinity Wealth Solutions Inc. as a key member of our insurance services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential institutional, business, or individual client markets.
  • Premium Calculation: Calculate premiums for various insurance products.
  • Client Coverage: Establish client insurance coverage by ensuring all necessary forms, medical examinations, and policy requirements are completed.
  • Claims Monitoring: Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Product Information: Provide detailed information about group and individual insurance packages, including risk coverage, benefits paid, and policy features.
Supervision and Teamwork
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Certifications and Licenses
  • Hold a Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) licence.
