About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Broker to join our team at Infinity Wealth Solutions Inc. as a Risk Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing potential client markets, calculating premiums, and establishing client insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential client markets and assess their risk profiles.
  • Premium Calculation: Calculate premiums for clients based on their risk profiles and insurance needs.
  • Client Coverage: Establish and maintain client insurance coverage, ensuring that clients have the right policies in place to mitigate their risks.
  • Claims Management: Monitor insurance claims and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product offerings, providing clients with expert advice on insurance packages and risk management strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) licence.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
