Inside Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Wesco International, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales techniques and relationship-building with existing and potential customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and outside sales, to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales performance metrics and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales and sales administration, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies.
