Overview

Avison Young is seeking a highly motivated and driven Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing daily initiatives and ensuring a smooth flow of operations.

Responsibilities

As the Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing daily admin tasks, project timelines, and coordinating team initiatives. You will work closely with the team to drive projects forward and ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and other software packages
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Able to adapt and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision
