Optical Retail Store Leader

The Store Manager is a key leadership role within the EssilorLuxottica Group, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results in our retail stores. As a Store Manager, you will be the face of our brand, leading a team of optical professionals to provide unparalleled service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction is personalized, engaging, and exceeds expectations.
- Team Leadership: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to your team members.
- Business Performance: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive business growth.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring that our products are displayed in a way that showcases their quality and features.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of engagement and motivation among your team members, recognizing and rewarding their achievements and contributions.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 4+ years of management/supervisory experience in a retail or optical environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficiency in sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Certifications: LensCrafters Final Inspector Certification and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states preferred.
