The primary objective of the Store Supervisor is to exemplify leadership within the LensCrafters framework.

The Store Supervisor achieves key performance metrics by embodying the Brand Story and ensuring impeccable execution of the customer journey.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing training and mentorship to the team utilizing Company-sponsored programs.
  • Analyzing performance reports to devise and implement strategies aimed at enhancing store KPIs, such as:
    • NPS - Net Promoter Score
    • % Sales to Plan
    • Training Saturation
  • Recruiting and hiring a highly motivated team to guarantee optimal staffing.
  • Collaborating with the Doctor of Optometry to enrich the customer and patient experience while driving store KPIs.
  • Upholding store standards and guiding the team in executing all operational, inventory, and visual tasks according to guidelines to ensure an exceptional customer and patient experience.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong team-building and leadership skills.
  • Proficient sales abilities.
  • Familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators.
  • Capability to manage time effectively under tight deadlines.

Additional requirements include state licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states, as well as completion of the LensCrafters Quality, Fitting, and Adjusting Program.

Prior experience in customer service and retail is essential, along with knowledge of current store merchandise.
