Optical Retail Store Manager

The Store Manager is a key leadership position within the EssilorLuxottica Group, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results in our optical retail stores.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction is personalized, engaging, and exceeds expectations.
- Team Leadership: Foster a positive and inclusive store culture, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to team members.
- Business Performance: Analyze sales data, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a high level of store appearance, ensure accurate inventory management, and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with optometrists, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: 4+ years of management/supervisory experience in retail or a related field.
- Skills: Strong influencing and negotiating skills, team building and management skills, knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise, and basic math skills.
- Education: College degree or equivalent.
- Certifications: State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states, LensCrafters Final Inspector Certification, and LensCrafters Quality, Fitting and Adjusting Program.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service and retail, knowledge of current store merchandise, and high level of business acumen.
