Job Summary

The Store Manager is a key leadership role within Luxottica, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results in our optical retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction is personalized, engaging, and exceeds expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive and inclusive store culture, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities for team members.
  • Business Performance: Analyze sales data, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a high level of store appearance, ensure accurate inventory management, and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents.
  • Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with optometrists, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 4+ years of management or supervisory experience in retail or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, customer service, and sales techniques.
