Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business General Manager to join our team at MTS Immigration Services Canada Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall business operations and ensuring the successful implementation of our strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to achieve business objectives, including financial, human, and material resources.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and programs that support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a senior management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Our organization operates in various locations, both within and outside of Canada. As a Business General Manager, you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:We offer support for newcomers and refugees, including assistance with immediate settlement needs and support for social and labour market integration.
Support for Youths and Indigenous People:We also offer mentorship and coaching opportunities for youth and Indigenous workers, as well as support for visible minorities through mentorship programs.
Computer and Technology Knowledge:Proficiency in MS Office, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows is required.
