About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team at RV TRADING CORP. as an Assistant Manager - Business Development. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in business operations and sales management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise staff, assign duties, and ensure effective team performance.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity.
  • Product and Service Development: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
  • Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and ensure financial stability.
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
