Job Title: Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at MTS Immigration Services Canada Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that our business goals and objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
