Principal Technical Program Manager, Amazon Flex, Last Mile

We are seeking a talented Principal Technical Program Manager to own and shape the future of our Flex systems at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering results in an ambiguous environment, defining strategy, and building and executing roadmaps for the programs you own.
Key Responsibilities- Drive technical systems, understanding them well and staying connected to the details
- Deliver results despite working in an ambiguous environment
- Define strategy and build and execute roadmaps for the programs you own
- Coordinate, quality, and productivity, and be the primary point of contact for worldwide stakeholders of programs that you run
- Internalize Amazon's Leadership Principles and live those into everyday practices to guide your programs to success
As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on complex technology projects, manage programs across cross-functional teams, and build sustainable processes and coordinate release schedules. You will be responsible for overall coordination, quality, and productivity and will be the primary point of contact for worldwide stakeholders of programs that you run.
