Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and ensure that our team is adequately staffed.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
- Train Staff: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that our staff has the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and prepare high-quality food products.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on the performance of our food service department.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
