Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Osmows Shawarma is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Hire and manage food service staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for food and supplies
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Supervise and coordinate the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
