Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Osmows Shawarma. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 food service staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
- Operations Management: Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare food order summaries for the chef as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to multitask.
Our fast-paced food service environment requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. You will be working in a standing position for extended periods, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
