Content Delivery Manager

As a Content Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering commercial marketing assets to our clients, including websites, banner ads, emails, print collateral, and social media assets. You will work directly with the client and internal production team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a primary point-of-contact throughout the production lifecycle, working closely with client delivery managers to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Support relevant stakeholders with regular status updates, including production milestones, risk management, and resolution.
- Work directly with key clients and have full accountability for delivery of assets and product launches.
- Understand and maintain knowledge of brand and business objectives to align marketing programs with Brand goals.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with peers and leaders, ensuring successful client partnerships.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Participation in key client meetings, including status meetings and presentations.
- Strong relationship management, organizational, and management skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with client partners.
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative and Technical Delivery teams.
