Job Summary

We are scouting for the best talent to join our rapidly growing global organization as a Content Delivery Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering commercial marketing assets, working directly with clients and internal production teams, and acting as a primary point-of-contact throughout the production lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients and internal production teams to deliver commercial marketing assets, including websites, banner ads, emails, print collateral, and social media assets.
  • Act as a primary point-of-contact throughout the production lifecycle, providing regular status updates and managing risk and resolution.
  • Support stakeholders with production milestones, risk management, and resolution.
  • Work directly with key clients and have full accountability for delivery of assets and product launches.
  • Understand and maintain knowledge of brand and business objectives to align marketing programs with Brand goals.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with peers and leaders, ensuring successful client partnerships.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in account management or a related field.
  • Participation in key client meetings, including status meetings and presentations.
  • Strong relationship management, organizational, and management skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with client partners.
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative and Technical Delivery teams.
